SHIPPING, WARRANTY & RETURNS
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Stateside Man Goods is at the customer's expense (unless specifically stated otherwise) and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship most products to you (domestically). We ship your order to an APO or FPO Box via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please expect approximately 5-10 days for your package to arrive to an APO or FPO Box.
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
All orders placed before 2pm CST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped that day. All orders placed after 5pm CST on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day. Please allow 6-10 days delivery for overseas addresses.
Warranty, Exchanges & Returns
Warranties
Statesidemangoods.com/Stateside Man Goods, LLC offers no warranties of any kind, with the exception of the following items:
- Spartan Blades Knives (lifetime)
- J.E.K. Hand Made Wood Bows (1 year)
Spartan Blades Warranty
All Spartan Blades knives come with a Lifetime Warranty to original owner on materials, finish and craftsmanship. See warranty verbiage below.
Neither Statesidemangoods.com nor Spartan Blades assumes any liability or responsibility for the misuse, neglect or poor judgment of the owner or user of any Spartan Blade product.
Lifetime Warranty Claim / Returns are valid for original owner only. (Shipping costs will be reimbursed for valid claim).
Spartan Blades Lifetime Warranty
Please follow these directions in order to process your warranty request
Please e-mail orders@statesidemangoods.com to give formal notice of the warranty return before mailing return, so we can contact you to understand your complaint and insure a prompt resolution of your complaint. Subsequently, we will provide you with the address you need to mail the item to, prepaid and insured (to be reimbursed for valid claims).
Lietime Warranty
Spartan Blades LLC warrants to the original owner that the knife will be free from defects in materials, finish and /or workmanship. Spartan Blades will without charge, repair or replace, at our (Spartan Blades') option, any knife returned for Warranty work and found to be defective by Spartan Blades. The knife must be shipped by owner, prepaid and insured, together with a description of the problem and must be accompanied by the original bill of sale, packing slip, your charge or credit receipt or any satisfactory proof of the original date of purchase.
What Is Covered
This Warranty covers replacement parts and labor.
What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover normal wear, re-sharpening of the blade, damage caused by neglect, misuse or the failure to perform normal or necessary maintenance, disassembly of any knife by any person other than Spartan Blades’ Warranty department, or shipping costs for returned knives.
Do not use your knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, chisel or punch. Do not throw your knife or use it for any purpose other than cutting. Do not disassemble your knife. Do not sharpen your knife on a power grinding wheel. Any of these acts will void your Warranty. MINIMUM CHARGE TO REASSEMBLE A KNIFE WHEN THE WARRANTY HAS BEEN VOIDED IS $20 PLUS REPLACEMENT PARTS.
Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Spartan Blades shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property. Spartan Blades’ liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This knife has only one use, as a cutting tool. Spartan Blades’ knives carry no warranty except as expressly contained herein. Spartan Blades disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than for use as a cutting tool. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained herein. Please review the Warranty information and proper knife care / safety instructions provided with each knife.
J.E.K Handmade Wood Bow Warranty
All original J.E.K Handmade Bows carry a full one year replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner.

Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange the merchandise for items of equal or lesser value according to our policy as outlined below.
- You must contact us immediately after the receipt of your order. E-mail orders@statesidemangoods.com within 7 days after you received your order. Include in the email the following: Your name, best contact number to reach you on, which item(s) you would like to exchange, and a detailed explanation giving the reason for the exchange. We will reply by e-mail if the exchange is warranted. If approved, we will provide you with an Exchange Code, which you will need to include with the original package containing the items needing to be exchanged. No items will be exchanged without the Exchange Code. Exchange Codes expire after 7 days. So, don’t delay! Any exchange after the expiration date will not be accepted.
- Products that have been misused or damaged by the customer will not be approved for exchange.
- All exchangeable items must be shipped to Stateside Man Goods, LLC in the original package. The cost of shipping all exchangeable items falls on the customer. Exchanges received without an Exchange Code and freight paid by the customer will not be accepted.
- Refusing an order is not grounds for a return. If your package has been damaged, please refer to the instructions below regarding our policy on damaged items.
- All sales are final for Handmade Items. However, as noted, there is a 1 year warranty for J.E.K Handmade Bows.
- If an exchange is warranted new items chosen by the customer (of equal or lesser value) will be shipped free of charge to the customer without a gift display.
Returns
Unless specifically stated elsewhere on this web site, there are no returns on merchandise- only exchanges.
The following Exchange & Return Policy applies only to Spartan Blades knives:
Exchanges

- Please contact us via e-mail at orders@statesidemangoods.com within 7 days after you received your order. Include in the email the following: Your name, best contact number to reach you on, which item(s) you would like to exchange, and a detailed explanation giving the reason for the exchange. We will reply by e-mail if the exchange is warranted. If approved, we will provide you with an Exchange Code, which you will need to include with the original package containing the items needing to be exchanged. No items will be exchanged without the Exchange Code. Exchange Codes expire after 7 days. So, don’t delay! Any exchange after the expiration date will not be accepted.

- Only knives can be exchanged for knives. The customer cannot exchange a Spartan Blades knife for an array of snack products of equal or lesser value.
Returns
- Return must be initiated within 7 days after the receipt of the product by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping of the item to Stateside Man Goods, LLC.
- A $10.00 Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear).
- Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $50.00.
- No re-sharpening, wear, or use can be apparent upon return to receive credit (must be in original factory condition and package).
- Returns are valid for original owner only.
- Please contact us via email at orders@statesidemangoods.com to alert us to your return and the reason for your return. Please include a valid phone number and the best time to reach you. We will either email or call you with further return instructions.
- Upon valid return receipt of goods to Stateside Man Goods, we will inspect the item(s) and issue refund in the applicable manner. Normal inspection and refund period is 3 days.
Damages
All our products are in premium condition at the time of shipment to our customers. All items are carefully packed with great care to make sure no damage occurs during transit. Unfortunately, our policy does not cover any physical damage that your purchase may incur while in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit you must place a claim with the carrier (UPS/USPS) within 10 days after receipt. The shipping content that is damaged should be retained in the same condition as received.
Damages to Hand Made Items are covered by insurance that Statesidemangoods.com will cover at no cost to you.

Refunds
Refunds due to reasons not already listed on this website are issued in place of exchange on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your order with a written explanation as to why you desire a refund in lieu of a replacement of the product you ordered.
